  • Basic requirements:
    Customized lurking and lifting AGV,
    payload 500KG,
    Trolley size: 2400mm height,
    Automatic charging, 24 hours unattended,
    Configure scheduling system to support task scheduling, call system and traffic control,
    Need to dispatch system to achieve data interaction,
    Quantity: 4 AGV. Difficulties: To smoothly transport the 2400mm trolley,
    2 Loading zones, 4 unloading areas. 30 minutes for each tast.
  • Design AGV:
    AGV payload 500 kg,
    Need smoothly move to handle the 2400mm height trolley,
    Need automatic charging,
    AGV needs to be able to rotate in place, easy to access the material level,
    AGV need WiFi to communicate with the dispatching system.
